Salesforce Agentic Architect - Enterprise Architecture Management (m/f/d)

Enterprise Architecture: In our projects, you develop target and reference architectures for Agentic Enterprises and outsourced Salesforce and other GenAI platforms clearly and successfully throughout the company architecture. Agentic Portfolio & Roadmaps: You are structuring Agentic AI Use Cases about areas such as sales, service, marketing and operations, assigning them to architecture and translate them into roadmaps and concrete transformation paths. In addition, you will set up decision templates for management to successfully place Agentic Transformation. Architecture Governance and Standards: You establish and maintain architecture principles, standards and governance models for agentic platforms across business, data, application and technology levels, including management plans for the use of Salesforce Agentic or Agentforce. Pre-Sales support: You work closely with sales and business development, design and moderate pre-sales workshops and architecture pitches and are responsible for architecture and estimates in salesforce and GenAI projects. Assets & Best Practices: You build reusable Go-to-Market and Sales-Assets (e.g. reference architectures for industries, blueprints, presentations) for Agentic Enterprise solutions.

(studies) You have a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable field. Enterprise experience: You have several years of experience in enterprise architecture management or as lead architect in complex transformation programs and have a very good understanding of large-scale business architectures, IT landscapes as well as modern cloud, integration and data architectures. Salesforce Architecture & Agentic Enterprise: You have a broad experience in building Salesforce architectures (e.g. Multi-Cloud, Data360, Integration Architectures) and would like to build modern Agentic Enterprise architectures . GenAI ecosystem: You are familiar with the relevant GenAI tool stack or are ready to quickly acquire this knowledge to integrate this knowledge into target architectures and roadmaps. Pre-sales experience: You have experience in supporting sales and presales activities - for example in offerings, estimation, RfP response and pitches - and are happy to work closely with sales teams. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Communication strength & language: You can communicate safely with specialist areas, IT, Security and Management and bring very good German and good English skills.
