Procurement Expert Digitalisation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent development, implementation and continuous improvement of information management and IT systems in the procurement. You carry out trend observation: Continuous observation of trends and innovations in the area of digitalization and procurement to identify new opportunities. You are responsible for strategy development: independent development and implementation of a cross-company digitalization strategy for the area of procurement, which coincides with the corporate objectives. You control process optimization: independent analysis of existing procurement processes and identification of possibilities for automation and optimization through digital technologies. You are responsible for technology selection: evaluation and selection of suitable digital tools and platforms (e.g. eProcurement systems, AI-based solutions) in cooperation with IT and internal customers. You are responsible for implementation: independent management, accompaniment and binding implementation of digital solutions in the area of procurement, including project management, training of employees and change management.

You have completed your studies as well as several years of professional experience in the area of procurement, ideally focusing on digitalization. You bring well-founded knowledge in procurement processes and systems. You have experience in implementing digital solutions (eProcurement, RPA, AI). Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools and project management experience (e.g. Agile, Scrum) characterize you. You have pronounced conceptual skills, creativity, reporting & analytical skills, and a high level of creative outcome orientation. You convince your environment through a sovereign appearance, a pronounced team spirit, communication strength and the ability to quickly adjust to different interlocutors and hierarchical levels. You are characterized by a pronounced consulting and implementation skills as well as enforcement skills combined with diplomatic skills. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
