Your tasks:

• Monitoring of stocks and maintenance of MRP parameters in the ERP system
• Production and processing of work orders
• Examination and approval of order proposals, execution of orders
• Communication with suppliers, collection and verification of order confirmations
• Date tracking and dunning in delivery delays
• Incoming goods and introduction of complaints
• Collection of wage data in the pay programme
• Maintenance of material master data and implementation of inventory
• compliance with order, cleanliness and safety requirements at work

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial businessman)
• Found professional experience in the field of material management or disposition
• Secure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and digital supplier portals
• Organisational skills, communication strength and independent working
• readiness for internal processes and systems
