Senior Specialist in AI Innovation (m/f/d)

Accompanying the development and implementation of MGRP’s corporate AI strategy and the identification of AI-use cases in the company Development, introduction and optimization of AI-based workflows and automation Creating, supporting and developing a cloud-based infrastructure for various AI applications and introducing appropriate AI tools and platforms Multiplier for AI topics within the company Compiling the governance, data protection and quality standards for the use of AI Additional support on our customer projects in the analysis of existing business processes, identification of suitable AI applications, design and support of PoCs as part of AI transformations or support for workshops, management presentations and innovation formats

Completed studies in the field of (economic) computer science, data science, mathematics or a comparable qualification First professional experience with focus on AI, data analytics, digitalization or innovation Very good understanding of current AI technologies such as AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Process Automation and Agent-based Systems Practical experience in the operation and administration of AI environments and in the implementation of AI applications Safe handling of AI and automation tools such as n8n, Openclaw, Openrouter, Co-Pilot Studio, PowerAutomate... Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Governance and Data Protection in the AI context Experience in project management and a structured and solution-oriented approach High quality awareness, initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digital trends flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
