The LBS NordOst is the savings bank of the savings banks in the federal states of Brandenburg, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein. Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your responsibility: Your main tasks include, among other things, participation in the realization of the LBS sales targets at the savings banks and the external service partners. You independently coordinate cooperation between the savings banks, the external service, the sales director and the internal service. You accompany the team process in the field service. You independently develop various seminars and workshops, carry them through and make post-processing. You work in projects on sales issues. You participate in the search, selection and training of sales representatives.
