You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of specialists in the management and control operations in the e-commerce warehouse with a clear focus on performance, efficiency and customer orientation Coordinate material flow and provide systemic understanding for our tools and goods management systems to ensure that processes interlock smoothly Analyze process and performance data, identify logical relationships and derive sound control and optimization measures You think capacitively – you can see what resources and work roads are crucial for daily utilization and meet data-based decisions for a stable and efficient operation Argumentate fact-based in communication with different stakeholders and react confidently in challenging situations – empathic, solution-oriented and with clear line You actively promote the further development of our systems, processes and team structures and always think one step ahead

Complete training or studies in logistics, supply chain management or trade Experience with goods management and planning systems and a pronounced systemic understanding of their interaction High analytical competence and pronounced Excel knowledge (pivot, macros, complex formulas) for data-based control and decision-making Logical, networked thinking – you recognize cause-effect relationships and derive sustainable improvements Leadership skills and communication strength – you lead your team clearly, empathically and fact-based and convince with a solution-oriented argumentation
