Introduction and implementation of a new time management software, including time recording, automated deployment planning and self-service functions Conception and design of solutions for optimizing workflows in the field of time detection and deployment planning Control and coordination of the implementation project, including planning, implementation and monitoring Communication, coordination and safeguarding the support of all relevant stakeholders (e.g. departments, works council, management) Development of tailor-made solutions in cooperation with departments, IT and external partners Training of users and ensuring smooth integration of the solution Continuous optimization of processes and technical solutions in the time economy sector Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements, in particular the Working Time Act and the Business Constitution

Completed studies in the field of labor sciences, economics, economic engineering or comparable At least 5 years of professional experience in time management, personnel planning or a comparable task field Funded knowledge in solution design, project management and the introduction of time management systems with automation and self-service functions Comprehensive knowledge in the Working Time Act (ArbZG) and the Business Constitution (e.g. Business Constitution Act, co-determination rights, collective agreements) Experience in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, agile methods) Analytical thinking, creative problem solving skills and a proactive, structured way of working Impressed communication skills and team spirit
