Pedagogical Specialist - Communal Living (m/f/d)

The Marienhof on the outskirts of Rendsburg is a natural community in which adult people with support need live a self-determined life in community.

To the 01.06.2026 we are looking for a dedicated

in part-time (30–35 hours/week) that supports our team.

Your tasks

Begleitung & Support:They accompany people with mental and physical disabilities in everyday life and help them achieve their personal goals – with empathy, patience and an open ear.

Inclusion:Commonly plan how active and self-determined life can be created – whether through social contacts, jobs or personal development goals. Every progress counts!

Structure & security:Your reliability creates confidence. They provide a stable, value-adding environment in which everyone feels safe and secure.

Document & Cooperation:They document developments and advances professionally and work closely with relatives, colleagues and authorities – always with the aim of ensuring the best possible support.

Our offer

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed vocational training in the pedagogical field (educatorin, social educationin, medical educationin or curative caregiverin) and ideally bring experience in dealing with people with physical and/or mental disability. You are also open to shiftwork.

Reliability & own initiative:You do your tasks carefully, work independently and have a good sense of where your support is required.

Communication strength:You have a sense for people and know how important a clear and value-adding communication with relatives as well as in the team is.
