Advice and Sparring: You are Sparringspartner (w/m/d) for executives, in particular our Global Market Operations division. You advise strategically and data-based in all HR topics. Leadership Development: In particular, you support and support executives in their development, organisational and team development and change processes. Trusteee: You are proactively talking to our employees, communicating close and competent. Listening and working together constructive solutions are your strengths. Employee Lifecycle: From personnel planning and remuneration topics, recruiting and development topics to exit – you are fully responsible for your HR business area. HR projects and strategy: You work in various strategic HR projects that also go beyond your own area. You actively shape structures and processes and take new paths with courage.

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management or a comparable subject – complemented by well-founded professional experience as a HR business partner (w/m/d) in the international and intercultural environment Experience in the introduction and implementation of HR strategies, programmes and initiatives as well as in cross-departmental cooperation with different interfaces Representative consulting and communication skills in cooperation with executives and employees, as well as a high degree of empathy in dealing with different interests and perspectives Very good knowledge of English (GER level C1) in word and writing; other foreign languages of advantage Independent, structured and implementation-oriented mode of operation combined with enforcement strength and a high degree of reliability
