Engineer for the Energy-Efficient Upgrading of Buildings (m/f/d)

Ev.-luth. Hildesheim Association seeks an engineer (w/m/d) for the energy conservation of buildings at the earliest possible time for 5 years. (19.25 hours of week paid according to EC 11 of the TV-L) The church district Hildesheim-Sarstedt is heading towards climate neutrality by 2045. We are looking for your help in the construction sector to create our buildings more energy-efficient and therefore more sustainable.

Development and control of concepts for increasing the energy efficiency of existing objects Identification of energy losses and optimization potentials Organisation and coordination of (construction) energy saving measures Implementation of construction measures for parishes including tendering and, where appropriate, Conveyor Acquise Planning – tendering – realization Cooperation with the Construction Committee

completed technical studies in engineering as far as possible with deepening in TGA and/or energy consulting Communication, team and organizational capability very good knowledge of German in word and writing Knowledge in building regulations, ENEV, GEG, VOB and HOAI as well as basic knowledge in the areas of automotive and BAFA funding programmes are advantageous Knowledge of the performance of heating load calculations and DIN 12831 as well as calculation of the hydraulic balancing of heating systems are desirable Experience in construction management Driving licence for class B
