You carry out technical maintenance at different laboratory diagnostic and medical systems in our repair center These include maintenance and repairs, as well as the preparation of complete systems You are responsible for technical questions by phone to customers in 1st level support In the team you are the technical contact for internal employees and contractors The required documents and reports are prepared with great care

You are technically very versed and address complex problems analytically and solution-oriented You have a technical training as a medical technician, electronic, mechatronic, or come from the fields of communication technology or information technology First experience in medical technology is advantageous You have a strong service orientation and the desire to resolve the concerns of customers sustainably English knowledge of word and writing are advantageous
