Your tasks – take responsibility and lead teams to success As Head of Housekeeping (m/w/d), you are the central interface between our hotel partners, housekeeping teams and management. With your organizational talent, your leadership skills and your quality awareness, you will ensure smooth processes and a consistently high quality of services. Your tasks include: Independently responsible planning, coordination and leadership of the housekeeping teams in the supervised objects Self-creation and optimization of service and deployment plans taking into account the utilisation and operational requirements Ensuring our quality standards and performing regular quality controls at hotels Contact person for our hotel partners and care for a trusted cooperation on site Professional integration, guidance and further development of new and existing employees Organisation and control of daily workflows in housekeeping Monitoring of working hours, attendance and proper documentation of relevant processes Ensuring economic and efficient personnel deployment Control and organisation of working materials, detergents and working clothes Active support of teams in operational day-to-day business with increased workflow Analysis of processes and development of improvement measures to continuously increase quality and efficiency Regular communication with the management as well as preparation of reports and evaluations on the supervised objects With your commitment, you contribute significantly to our employees being able to work successfully, our hotel partners are satisfied and our high quality standards are lived daily.

Ideally, you bring the following: Professional experience in housekeeping, building cleaning, hotel industry or a comparable service industry First experience in the management, coordination or deployment planning of employees is advantageous A completed training in the hotel industry, in building cleaning or a comparable qualification is desirable, but no compelling requirement Good knowledge of German in word and writing for communication with employees, hotel partners and management Safe handling of current MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Organizational talent and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working A strong quality awareness and a high level of cleanliness, order and service Joy of work with people as well as a friendly, professional and respectful appearance Reliability, sense of responsibility and enforcement Flexibility and willingness to adjust to the requirements of the daily hotel You don't have to master everything perfectly.
