A completed degree in human resources management, communication, psychology, social science or a comparable qualification Professional experience in personal marketing, recruiting or employer branding – ideally in an organization with a social order Good knowledge of target group-oriented approach and the development of digital recruiting and marketing measures Creativity, communication strength and a sense of language, image and brandHigh digital competence and affinity for work with digital tools and platforms Team spirit, initiative and desire to change and build things sustainably Remarkable: Experience in non-profit or public areas is welcome – however, your focus is crucial, not industry experience
