Team Lead Internal Tax Technology (m/f/d)

For the management of our National Internal Tax Technology Team, we are looking for an innovative leadership at the next possible time - in Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne or Stuttgart! As a team of Lead Internal Tax Technology, you take over the operational management of our internal digital transformation in tax consulting and develop the digital control DNA of RSM Ebner Stolz as a strategic link between specialist and existing tech team. Your tasks You are responsible for Internal Tax Technology and the central internal digital and data initiatives to optimize and automate tax processes. You are responsible for the prioritization, control and implementation of internal, digital tax-tech projects including Resource and budget responsibility. You conduct and develop the team in a disciplined manner and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation. You control the interfaces between the department, Tax Technology and IT and ensure feasibility, quality and compliance. You are responsible for stakeholder management at senior level and provide sound basis for decision-making for central bodies. In addition, you represent digitalization topics within the national tax advisory area as well as the other teams of the Data and Digital Services area (DDS) and are constantly in close contact with the stakeholders.

Your profile Successfully completed university studies in the field of business, computer science or similar fields Multiannual professional experience in tax consulting with a focus on digital solutions and tax technology; ideally as a examinated tax advisor experience in tax declaration advice, in particular in the creation of tax returns, the creation of e-bilancies and the examination of tax rulings Embossed technical affinity associated with a process-oriented thinking Detectable experience in the implementation of IT-technical decisions (in particular well-founded “Make-or-Buy” decisions) as well as in the quality assurance and control of software developers and process managers Very high communication and stakeholder competence as well as safe occurrence at senior and top management level combined with experience in dealing with governance and forum structures Excellent language skills: German on native speakers (C2) and reliable English (C1) for international exchange
