Senior Amazon Ads Manager (m/f/d)

As a senior Amazon Ads manager, you take responsibility for some of our biggest customer accounts and act as a strategic savings partner for brands that want to scale on Amazon. You combine operational excellence with strategic vision and actively contribute to the further development of our advertising area. In detail: Strategic control of large or complex customer accounts with focus on Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and possibly DSP Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, sales, brand awareness) Own-responsible budget and forecast planning including seasonal performance control Creation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, action recommendations) Special Sparring and Coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Manager:inside Active cooperation in internal processes, quality standards and scaling strategies Close cooperation with team leaders, management and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management) Identification of new levers, formats and tests for continuous performance optimization

At least 3–5 years of experience in the field of Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, possibly DSP) Deep understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bid strategies and attribution models Safe handling of bulk files, Brand Metrics, Search Term Reports, Placements and Portfolios Analytical Strength: You recognize patterns in data and derive clear recommendations for action Experience in strategic customer support – including presentation of results and performance analyses Structured, proactive and independent operation Joy in sharing knowledge and coaching other team members professionally Flowing German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (B2+)
