Apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d)

Your focus is on organisational processes, primarily in assistance. You support us in important business processes in the commercial sector, e.g. when creating presentations, travel cost accounting or maintaining Excel lists. You take care of the organization and administration of appointments, meetings and business trips. You receive visitors, take care of the hospitality and support us in organizing events. You support colleagues in the financial sector or in the human resources sector in order to gain practical experience in these areas and to understand the operational context. In addition to practical work in the company, you will deepen your expertise in the vocational school.

You have at least (or are still struggling) a good degree in real school, anteur or a comparable school degree and are ready to further develop your skills. You have good services in German and English. You have a safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you like to work on the computer. You can express yourself well orally as well in writing and are communicative – both on the phone and in personal conversation. You work structured and organized – accuracy and conscientiousness are particularly important to you. You have the pleasure of working independently, being a team player and want to become part of our team.
