The Rastatt plant with around 6,500 employees has been producing the fully-electric compact model EQA since 2021. The factory is also responsible for the production of the A-Class, B-Class, GLA and the new CLA. The Rastatter compact car production covers the entire range of modern drive technologies with burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and thus goes even more precisely on the wishes of demanding customers. Our MO/CROF (reworking paint) department is responsible for all rework on painted and unpainted bodies. In the area of parts exchange, the entire flaps are exchanged and set as required. These challenges include: Reading and documenting defects of paint cards

Preparation of repair/painting materials according to specifications

Mix paint tone according to requirements

performing the spot repair or the partial surface finish

Edit local defects and damages outside the paint process according to standards (sight test, classification, processing method)

Edit lacquered shells (painting and polishing)

Supports series production (slides in front of top coat and white plate)

Grinding of whole repairs

Participation in the organisation of group work, REZEI and KVP

Supports in the area

Prepare vehicles (SKD) and provide for shipping

Ideally, you will bring: Complete vocational training for vehicle painters, process mechanics for coating technology or comparable training

High quality awareness

Self-initiative and self-employment

High readiness and flexibility, e.g. for weekend activities

Team skills and commitment in the work organisation are prerequisites

Good PC Knowledge (Office, SharePoint, MRS)

Error input in documentation software INQA and PQD

Good knowledge of German in word and writing
