Tire Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

You coordinate and manage the day-to-day operating business in the wheel centre and ensure smooth and quality-compliant operation via incoming goods, warehouse, shipping, customer service and quality management You act as a central interface between customers, business team as well as project and team management and ensure a transparent flow of information Prioritize and coordinate customer orders along the entire process chain and ensure the time and quality of order processing You monitor warehouse and logistics processes, same capacities with the operational requirements and ensure trouble-free material flow You analyse deviations in the daily business, initiate appropriate measures and follow their implementation up to the sustainable solution You monitor relevant quality and performance indicators (KPIs), support complaints, internal and external audits and ensure compliance with defined quality standards You support the project management in operational control and resource and operational planning and coordinate cross-departmental coordination You actively participate in the continuous optimization of logistical processes and accompany improvement measures in the Shopfloor environment

You have a successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by a further training to master, technician, specialist or logistics You bring several years of professional experience in logistics, in the automotive field or in a comparable service industry with You have experience in operational process control and professional handling of customers and service providers You have profound knowledge in warehouse and logistics processes as well as in material flow control You have experience in quality management, KPI management and compliance You are sure to deal with current MS Office applications; Knowledge of WSP, iDMS, Wheel Manager, Wheelfairy or Shopfloor systems are advantageous You are characterized by a structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented way of working and keep an overview even in dynamic situations Communication strength, organisational skills, team skills and a strong sense of quality and responsibility complete your profile
