Your role Supporting the Knowledge Management team in the ZEISS IQS Business Unit Service to further develop an established content delivery portal Working with existing projects, e.g. testing a GenAI tool/chatbot with users from the global team or introducing a new user management concept Participation in data structuring and data management (metadata) Active support in designing and implementing process improvements

Studies in Technical Content Creation (Technical Editor), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Information Technology or Similar Degrees

Interest in the user-friendly provision of content and knowledge to support the global service team in the field

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel (data mapping) and PowerPoint, interest in GenAI

Very good English knowledge of word and writing of advantage

Joy of work in the team and a proactive, result-oriented way of working
