Receptionist - Orthopaedic Technology / IT / Billing (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our patients: inside the reception and on the phone and assign medical regulations to the competent colleague: inside the orthopedic technology. You co-ordinate appointments and keep an active consultation with doctors in case of queries: in order to ensure optimal care. With common computer systems and MS Office, you carefully collect all patient data and forward the relevant documents to internal departments and health insurance companies. You take the independent billing of services with the health insurance companies and private persons and are responsible for the correct handling. You support product procurement, control the receipt of goods, and always pay attention to compliance with legal requirements, in particular the Medical Device Act.

You have a commercial training, ideally in health care (e.g. as MFA), or as a cross-release:in experience of the hotel reception or reception. You could already gain at least three years of professional experience in one of these areas and feel comfortable in direct customer or patient contact. You are sure to use common computer systems and work easily into new programs thanks to your quick understanding. With your strong customer orientation and your team-capable way, you will ensure a smooth run and a positive atmosphere. You communicate both in writing and oral safely in German (C2 level).
