Together with relevant disciplines, you develop the global HR IT target architecture and translate it into a multiannual roadmap for applications, integration, data, cloud and AI With new applications and major changes, you conduct and coordinate application assessments and ensure that architectural decisions are taken early and comprehensible You evaluate new integrations and interfaces from an architectural perspective and define the technical guidelines, while the operational implementation is in the delivery value streams Architecture risks and technical dependencies make you transparent, evaluate their impact, and take concrete measures together with the participants For the use of AI and Generative AI in the HR environment, you develop the technical strategy and check which technologies fit into the existing landscape. In close coordination with Enterprise Architecture, Change, Demand and Portfolio Management, you create clear decision-making and a common understanding of architecture topics As a professional Sparring partner, you challenge architecture decisions in Value Streams and build a global communication model that integrates countries and local HR IT organizations

Multiannual experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, HR IT or a comparable technical role The basis for assessing complex architecture issues independently A sound understanding of cloud, integration, data and application architectures helps you to identify dependencies beyond individual systems You have already developed target architectures and technological roadmaps and can derive clear technical targets and resilient decisions from complex requirements With global HR platforms like SAP and/or Workday, you know how You are embedded in complex enterprise landscapes Technical understanding of AI and Generative AI brings you with you and can evaluate new approaches realistically with regard to benefits, risks and integration Experience with Architecture Governance and the evaluation of new technologies allows you to set standards without slowing down necessary changes In international working environments, you can safely communicate in English and moderate, convince and lead to sustainable decisions even in conflicting interests.
