Extensive and as close as possible consultation of our customers in all questions of statutory health and care insurance by phone and by e-mail. The task is complemented by further communication channels (e.g. chat). Complete processing of the associated business processes (e.g. maternity allowance, travel costs, refunds, reimbursement of statutory benefits) Customers bind, in particular through information on hkk cooperations and additional offers Winning customers and using sales opportunities

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, such as a completed study with health care with a multi-year experience in healthcare Versified handling of MS Office and ideally with 21c|ng Engaged personality that keeps an overview even in challenging times Embossed communicative skills, joy in dealing with people as well as very high service and customer orientation
