Your role In your role as Senior Project Manager (m/w/x), you are located in the Supply Chain Logistics area and help actively advance the continuous improvement of processes and supply chain processes. Your duties include: Developing innovative supply chain processes along the ZEISS value chain and preparing their implementation within the framework of strategic projects

Supporting the Business Process Transformation with the aim of sustaining powerful and efficient processes

Development of ideas for the further development of digital solutions along the process chain, including their representation in the relevant specialist bodies

Definition of measures for the optimization of quality, transparency and transit time and the more efficient use of resources, based on process characteristics to be processed and their implementation together with the operational areas

Promote planning and optimization of the procurement and supply chain in coordination with management

To complete this challenging role, you will have the following qualifications and experiences: a successfully completed study in the field of economic, engineering or natural sciences

an at least 3-year experience in supply chain management, in planning and control, as well as in the interface for development and sales and further operations areas

proven successes in project management and digitalization

a multiannual experience (ideally as a key user) in the application of SAP/R3 (e.g. modules WM/MM/SD/PP/QM) and a general IT affinity

Sovereignty in dialogue with internal stakeholders and suppliers paired with pronounced analytical skills

Secure German (C-Level) and English (C-Level) in Word and Schrif
