Mederius GmbH as a social-psychiatric housing and care facility offers people of all ages an individual support requirement, but also treatment, care and protection. We are a specialist care facility with 90 inhabitants, four partly closed residential areas and around 80 employees. Above all, we distinguish our high quality level.

Planning, implementation and documentation of ergotherapeutic measures in individual and group settings Promoting self-employment, everyday skills and social participation of our residents Free design of varied offers such as excursions, shopping trips, movement and sports (e.g. in the in-house fitness room or in a local sports hall), conversations and creative employment in our own creative workshop Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team of care, therapy and other professional groups Participation in the further development of therapeutic concepts and in the quality assurance of existing structures

Completed training as ergotherapist / ergotherapeutin Ideally first experiences in the field of psychiatry or Gerontopsychiatrie High social and professional competence and joy in working with people Self-employed, structured and flexible working methods Team skills and commitment in an interdisciplinary environment Willingness to cooperate on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays for active relationship design Class B driving licence (or class 3)
