As Tech Lead (m/w/d) in our Product Team Marketplace, you are responsible for implementing the product data onboarding process and for integrating our retail media platform You integrate our marketplace and retail media platform into our e-commerce system You are working closely with Product Owner (m/w/d) to further shape and develop our digital partner platform In line with BAUHAUS's strategic goals, you unleash future-proof architectures and platforms You lead and strengthen your team of software engineers, for example by coaching or code reviews Together with other product teams, you work to ensure an inclusive architecture You actively contribute to the Tech-Lead community and help shape our way of working

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or comparable training, e.g. as IT Specialist (m/w/d), with multi-year professional experience At least two years of relevant professional experience as Tech Lead (m/w/d), Lead Engineer (m/w/d) or Engineering Manager (m/w/d) Very good knowledge of Golang, TypeScript, DevOps (CI/CD), TDD, API design and cloud infrastructure (GCP) Experience in the integration of SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions Empathic team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills as well as the ability to convince and take responsibility Very good English skills and ideally good German skills
