Assessment of business processes, control systems, risk management & governance structures Identification of risks, optimization potentials and efficiency enhancements Developing practical, sustainable action recommendations and accompanying projects, product and process changes – always independent Consulting & Sparring Partners for Management Board, Executives and Departments on Governance, Compliance, Risk Management and Process Quality Use of modern exam approaches: data-based analyses, digital methods and continuous further development of the revision What you should bring successfully completed savings banks/bank training with revision-related training Multiannual experience in banking/financial audit, internal audit or risk management - ideally in the savings banks/bank environment Knowledge of KWG, MaRisk, DORA and relevant legal requirements Analytical thinking, good understanding, safe judgment, entrepreneurial perspective and structured work Embossed communication and presentation skills - convey complex topics in a comprehensible way - as well as organisational and enforcement skills High integrity, objectivity and sense of responsibility; independent, esteeming cooperation at eye level Safe handling of common revision tools, MS‐Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital analysis methods You want to shape the future of the Herner Sparkasse and act as a trusted partner for risk and opportunity in our company?
