The SOS Children's Village Bremen is an institution with differentiated offers in child and youth assistance. At the SOS Children's Village Bremen we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (22 hours/Where.) In the SOS Children's Crib Neustadt we serve and accompany ten children aged one to three years in a loving and value-adding atmosphere. We understand ourselves as a family-accompanied daycare centre and create a safe living and experience room where children can develop as independent personalities and discover the world at their own pace. Your task: Their tasks: You support and accompany the children of our crib group at the age of one to three years and create a loving and development-promoting everyday life. You give the children security, security and a reliable framework and build sustainable, trusting relationships with them. You have completed training as an educator or a comparable recognised educational qualification. Ideally, you already bring experience in work with children aged zero to three years. You meet children and families with esteem, empathy and respect and enjoy the pedagogical relationship work. An open and value-aware approach to cultural, social and family diversity is obvious to you. You are characterized by commitment, resilience and flexibility and also keep an overview in a lively crib everyday. You work independently, responsibly and reliably and at the same time appreciate the team's cooperation.
