Apprenticeship as a clerk for IT system management (m/f/x)

Projektmanagement (m/w/x)

You support 2nd-level technical and technical support in receivable management and become a contact person for a limited customer group during your training. You coordinate and process customer requests to our IKAROS software via our ticket system (Jira). You keep our knowledge base up to date. You support your team in trouble analysis. You are responsible for configuration problems. The duration of your training is usually 3 years. If you have the right commitment, we will be happy to help you reduce your training to 2.5 years. The vocational school takes place on 1 - 2 days a week. We know that a school day can be exhausting. Therefore, the rest of the day after school is work-free for you.

You have a school degree (e.g. real school, general (special) higher education). You are helpful, communication-strong and eager. You have an analytical ability to think and you like to solve cereal problems. You have fun working with and on modern software systems. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
