Senior Business Analyst*in Output Management

With your know-how in the area of digitalization, you can promote sustainable culture in the company by guiding strategically relevant (partial) projects or participating in them. You ensure systemic interaction and scalability of digital solutions to ensure efficient integration into existing system landscapes In addition, you control the analysis, harmonisation and documentation of the Group-wide business processes in the context of the digital transformation of the output by working closely with your team, departments and IT in an interdisciplinary manner and communicating You analyse the diverse requirements for output and create concepts for the new and further development of output processes Last but not least, you are the link between specialist and IT and the interface to the units responsible for output management

You have excellent communication and presentation skills that enable you to convey complex facts clearly and understandably to different target groups and levels. You have a successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training with several years of experience, a completed university study of economics, mathematics, informatics, business administration, or a similar subject or a comparable qualification In addition, you have several years of experience as a business analyst*in, ideally in the insurance sector and in the analysis and optimization of business processes You can safely move around classic and agile project management and gain experience in the implementation of continuous improvement processes and digital transformation projects Experience in the creation and execution of technical test cases as well as the defect analysis/processing and knowledge in the software Series M/Text are advantageous
