Corporate accounting including financial accounting, accounting, annual and consolidated financial statements Responsibility for controlling, reporting and the further development of an integrated corporate management Ensuring proper, timely and high-quality accounting Creating reliable analyses and decision-making bases for management and other decision-makers Further development of the reporting, data and system landscape with the aim of increasing transparency and control quality Design and support of the introduction of a new ERP system and the digitization of central financial processes Analysis and optimization of existing processes for shortening process times and sustainable increase of efficiency Further development of organisational structures and close cooperation with adjacent business areas and management. Leadership, development and development of a powerful team as well as promotion of key central positions Management of cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and other external partners

Successfully completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling Multiannual management experience in corporate accounting or in a comparable function within a complex business environment Knowledge of financial statements and the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements Extensive understanding of controlling, corporate management and financial relations Experience in optimizing processes and in transformation and digitization projects, ideally related to ERP introductions High affinity for data, key figures and modern financial systems Analytical strength as well as the ability to make complex facts understandable and to translate them into sustainable solutions Sovereign leadership personality with clear communication, entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced implementation strength Experience in infrastructure-oriented corporate structures - for example from the supply or energy-related environment - is advantageous
