Monitoring and maintenance of technical installations and building facilities in accordance with operational requirements Implementation of small repairs as well as commissioning and supervision of external specialist firms in case of major repairs Control procedures to ensure safety, order and cleanliness throughout the object area Contact person for tenants, users or service providers in case of technical problems or organisational concerns in the building and coordination of smaller processes on site

A completed vocational training or craft skills – cross-comers are also welcome Good knowledge of German in word and writing Reliability, team spirit and high self-motivation A strong awareness of order and cleanliness A helpful and friendly handling of customers, tenants and colleagues The ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently A driving licence of class B would be advantageous, but is not absolutely necessary
