Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals such as: Examined health and nursing staff, nursing staff or Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) in full or part-time for our adult stations at the Rosenheim site. Organization of everyday clinics: You actively support the efficient design of processes and ensure a smooth daily course for patients and the team. Co-therapeutic conversations: You conduct talks that take up and deepen themes from individual or group therapies to promote the therapeutic process in a targeted manner. Crisis intervention: In challenging situations, you are the first respondent and provide stability and security with calm and competent action. Management of therapy groups: You independently guide groups on topics such as relaxation, mindfulness, social competence or skill training and accompany patients in their personal development. Accompanying with eating disorders: You treat patients with eating disorders therapeutically during meals and support them on their way to healthy eating behavior.

You have completed training in health care and nursing, nursing, nursing or medical care:r. Experience in psychosomatics is desirable, but no prerequisite. You bring communication strength, team spirit and above all joy in your work. Their handling of patients, as well as their references, is characterised by respect, professionalism and empathy. You are interested in learning new things and want to develop professionally.
