Lawyer M&A / Corporate Law (m/f/d)

Our M&A/Society Law team advises leading companies, financial investors, insurance companies and financial institutions in challenging corporate transactions in both national and international contexts. Due to the complex economic relationships, our team works closely with experts:inside from the other disciplines, including colleagues from KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (Tax, Deal Advisory, Consulting, Audit), also cross-border. The aim is to develop an economically sensible and practicable solution for our clients with sound legal knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity. In addition to the transaction business and the solution of special questions, our tasks include the company-law all-round consulting of our client.

Your focus will be: You structure and advise M&A transactions in the field of strategic investors, private equity and venture capital. Your tasks include consulting business associations and joint ventures. You are responsible for corporate restructuring and for the development and optimization of corporate structures.

As a professional starter (w/m/d), you have first experiences in an economic law and ideally internationally oriented law firm. You have qualified legal knowledge in M&A/Society Law, proven by appropriate State Examina, as well as meaningful referral stations. You communicate safely in English. A doctorate or an LL.M. as well as the successful performance of the theoretical part of a specialist course are beneficial for your work. You value legal creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, independent action and teamwork.
