At the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, which sees itself as an innovative, trend-setting university of the future, the financial department (FA) at the Emden Campus is to occupy the following place at the earliest possible time with the regular weekly working hours of full employment, initially for a period of two years: Speaker in Finance Department in Emden (corresponding to the required qualification up to E 11 TV‐L, 100 %) Reference number FA 20 Responsibility for the collection, testing and appropriate processing of complex business incidents Competent implementation of preparatory annual accounts, participation in monthly and annual accounts in accordance with applicable rules and the preparation of evaluations and voting documents for the management Management of special projects (e.g. conversions, software introductions, internal control systems) Own-sponsored further development of the SAP ERP, especially in the context of the creditor and debitoric document collection Technical support and representation of employees in the financial department as needed Perception of other financial and technical activities

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor, Diplom FH) with a focus on accounting Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting We require solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office product family Basic SAP knowledge An independent, self-responsive and careful procedure, also in cooperation and communication with different specialist and status groups
