MEIKO Deutschland GmbH is the German sales and service organization of the globally operating MEIKO Group with over 500 employees across Germany and the headquarters in Offenburg. For our Offenburg location we are looking for reinforcement in parttime (about 20 h/week). Contract management incl. control of customer-specific agreements, system-side recording and monitoring of contracts Implementation of customer master data policy Maintenance and management of customer and contract master data in the ERP and archiving system Training in contract management and customer master files Contact for all topics in the field of customer master data or contract management Optimizing existing processes and developing new processes

Commercial training or studies in the business sector first professional experience in the field of customer base and/or contract management desirable very good knowledge in MS Office Excel and in an ERP system Ability to think and act systematically reliable, accurate and independent operation
