In this position you take over the operation of bioprocess plants for the production of biological medicines. Your tasks in the upstream processing (USP) include work in the clean room, cultivation of cell lines, sampling and analysis of samples as well as smaller maintenance and calibration work. In addition, you document all work steps according to GMP and make sure that our internal standards are complied with. Your responsibility: Cooperation in the production of biotechnological active ingredients (recombinant proteins) by cultivating cell lines in the bioreactor (up to 2000 liters) in pharmaceutical clean rooms Pre- and post-processing of production areas (e.g. bioreactors) Operation and monitoring of production facilities (including in-process controls) and careful documentation of all operations according to GMP standards sampling and analysis Support in the qualification, calibration and regular maintenance of the equipment Continuous Improvement of Production Processes in the USP Participation in the creation of SOPs and the incorporation of new employees

Completed vocational training as BTA, CTA, Pharmakant, Laborant or B.Sc. Biotechnologie (all w/m/d) Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment Experience with mammalian or microbial cell cultures and fermentation plants desirable Knowledge of the basic requirements for GMP processes Safe handling of MS Office German knowledge (at least on B2 level), English of advantage Willingness to work shifts and weekends as well as to participate in readiness services
