Centralized telephone service of our customers via the Fleet-Hotline as a competent contact person (m/w/d). Active outbound telephony to support large customers after the purchase of the vehicle and before the upcoming leasing run. Qualified processing and targeted forwarding of specific customer discussions to the relevant specialist departments. Professional appointment for large customers for the optimal utilization control of our workshop. Efficient appointment of leasing returns for sales representatives to ensure smooth processes. Backoffice support in scheduling for new car deliveries to our Fleet customers. Structured processing and answering customer requests via our electronic mailboxes.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in automotive trade Insufficient professional experience in customer care, ideally in the automotive environment. Safe handling of common IT systems and enthusiasm for the digital processes of the Volkswagen brand. Embossed communication capability and a safe occurrence on the phone. A strong service-oriented character with pleasure in handling demanding large customers. High team capability and an absolutely reliable and independent way of working.
