Your tasks

• Preparation and implementation of monthly pay billing
• Application of tariff, labour and social insurance issues
• Advice on personal questions
• Operational personal marketing including Contract management
• Implementation of defined administrative processes
• cooperation on projects and personal business processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Secure handling of billing program and time recording software as well as MS Office
• Legal knowledge in the field of wage tax and social security
• Experience in quality assurance as well as in conversation management
• User knowledge of the program FIDELIS
• Structured mode of operation and pronounced communicative competence
