Project Staff Real Estate / Land Securing (m/f/d)

You support us in securing building space for an underground cable project. You will have the following tasks: Preparation and strategic development of administrative processes in the field of land use law (Singual) protection, obtaining serviceability or Acquisition of areas of all kinds, including for the construction and operation of the respective tunnels, shafts, earth cable channels, free line lines (if relevant), substations and all annexes Participation in public relations Coordination work with technical project planning Maintenance of property owners during the construction phase Taxation of subcontractors Monitoring the regulation of industrial damage Database management

The activity requires a three-day presence on site in the office with our customer per week.

The most important thing is that you want to work on a large project in the field of energy infrastructure and to actively support us as a planning office! You have a successfully completed study with a focus on agriculture, forestry, agriculture, administrative law or have a comparable training You have knowledge and relevant experience in the handling of property assessments, in-urban property acquisition, assessment of management rights and assessment of properties, and negotiation of property-relevant contracts You possess an independent, committed way of working and good communication skills Good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
