Your profile You are the media contact for our customers in a future-oriented team. You serve our customers by phone, video, or by e-mail in a demand-oriented manner and in a holistic way in the consulting topics liquidity, precautions & insurance as well as assets. You process incoming customer requests and orders in a case-closing manner. You ensure that the customer feels comfortable in a pleasant and sensitive conversation atmosphere. You recognize sales signals and customer needs and develop individual financial solutions, if required, including our specialists.

Your profile You have a successfully completed training to them bank clerkmann or a comparable training. You have fun to inspire customers and try new ones. You are inspiring for media customer consulting and want to accompany banking business personally, competently and conveniently via modern communication channels. You want to actively shape future topics. You are communicative, sensitive and enjoy dealing with people. You like to share your working time flexibly, are team-ready and have the ability to self-organize.
