They advise internal and external customers of the BLB NRW on questions of infrastructural building management (all IGM products and external quality control [EQK]) They support the coordination and control of IGM service providers, including the implementation, acquisition and transfer of service providers You are responsible for tendering for the infrastructural building management incl. EQK (in the context of public procurement law – VOB/VOL) and the examination and evaluation of the offers You are structuring the contributions to the framework agreements They support the preparation and implementation of meetings and workshops of infrastructural building management

They have completed technical vocational training in the areas of building cleaning, gardening and landscape construction, real estate management or comparable discipline. You also have professional experience in facility management, infrastructural building management or cleaning technology as well as hygiene management. Further requirements: Ideally, you have a specialist, master or technician in the fields listed above You have the ability to analytical and economic thinking A high level of communication and team skills as well as an independent way of working Secure knowledge of common Microsoft Office products You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E05 group to the E09 a TV‐L (approximately 38.300,00 € – approx. € 57.200,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
