Promote Strategic Projects & Initiatives: You work on cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for strategic initiatives in the healthcare environment. You bring stakeholders together, create transparency and ensure sustainable progress. Management support on top level: In close cooperation with the VP and PPE Healthcare, you prepare meetings professionally, coordinate follow-ups and ensure that agreed measures are implemented consistently. Analyzing & Reporting: By preparing and analyzing relevant key figures, for example for the performance of our customer service areas, you create sound basis for the management. Identify healthcare market potentials: you analyze international market and country requirements, identify new business potentials and support the development of future-oriented strategies. Promoting international cooperation: You coordinate the exchange between our different healthcare locations, ensure a common understanding and ensure a targeted cooperation through clear communication.

Personality: You communicate structured and binding, tackle challenges with resilience and toughness and convince with your own initiative, curiosity and a strong passion for healthcare. Education & Study: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business management, pharmacy or a comparable discipline. Professional experience: First relevant professional experience of one to two years in project management, account management, consulting or a comparable environment you already bring. Processional & digital skills: A high process affinity characterizes you. Knowledge of Power BI, Python or other analytics and AI-based tools are beneficial. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and are sure to move in an international environment.
