Complete handling of national and international projects. Take over administrative and organizational project tasks. Close cooperation with project managers and commercial and technical interfaces. Creation, testing and maintenance of project documents and project data in SAP. Construction and maintenance of a contractually compliant cost-carrier structure in SAP. Creation and evaluation of project reports and preparation of relevant project information. Ensure proper bookings, audit of receipts and compilation of payment-based documents. Preparation of price checks and organisation of transports and exports, taking into account statutory requirements (KWKG, AWG).
Successfully completed at least three years of commercial or technical training or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in project management. Very good commercial understanding. Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
