Your role Control and coordination of strategic projects in manufacturing from conception to implementation to rollout

Ensure the agreed project objectives and key figures including performance of deviation analyses and derivation of appropriate measures

Initiation and management of improvement projects based on Lean methods and value flow analyses

Further development of internal processes in production as well as structured preparation and preparation of project meetings and workshops

Creation and presentation of meaningful management documents for different decision bodies

Integration and coordination of internal and external partners within the projects focusing on clear assignment and transparency

Head of Taskforces and focused project teams to quickly process critical topics

Complete university or university degree with technical or scientific focus, ideally with further completion

Relevant professional experience in the development or production of complex systems or processes as well as in project management

Detectable experience in the technical management and coordination of teams and in the implementation of cross-departmental projects

Knowledge of methods of problem solving and process optimisation such as REFA, Lean, Six Sigma and the application of approaches such as 8D

Enhanced knowledge in optical processing processes or in comparable precision manufacturing processes

Impressed communication strength, enforcing ability and joy in working with interdisciplinary teams

Very good English skills in word and writing
