As a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE), the HCC is the central service provider in the Land of Hessen for the operation and further development of the comprehensively used SAP systems. In this versatile role, you are the driving force behind modernising our HR system landscape. You take over the analysis of technical and technical requirements in the SAP HCM environment and are at our disposal as competent consultants when it comes to the feasibility of their requirements. On this basis, you develop self-supporting technical and technical solutions. Customizing in the SAP HCM components will help you to implement your technical implementation in close partnership with our developer team. In addition, you will see beyond the plate rim: you analyze and optimize existing business processes and actively experience new digitalization potentials. Quality assurance, testing and careful documentation of new functions and complex changes are reliable in your hands. Last but not least, you will actively contribute your expertise to forward-looking projects and transformation projects (such as H4S4, BTP and Cloud initiatives) and will help you shape the HR IT of tomorrow.

Successfully completed university studies of computer science (or a comparable degree) or equivalent skills and experience acquired in practice Knowledge of German in Word and Writing on C1 level Application knowledge and experience: In at least one SAP HCM core application (e.g. PA/OM, PT,PY, ESS/MSS, ILM) In SAP-Customizing as well as in test management and documentation Knowledge (in one or more points) is desirable: In the archiving of HR data From modern SAP technologies In the use of AI applications in personnel In human and collective law and in digital HR processes Invoicing and budgeting You can also bring this with you: Analytical puzzling: Embossed analysis and problem-solving ability to penetrate even complex HR IT situations quickly.
