Technical Product Trainer (m/f/d)

You design, organize and carry out practical product trainings – online and offline, in German and English – for employees, distributors and customers and systematically build the DIRAK Academy on and off You develop a structured training program including a trainee-the-trainer concept, thus ensuring the quality of advice of our employees and creating a half-yearly/yearly training plan in close coordination with marketing, product management and sales You provide technical content in a comprehensible manner, create presentations, training documents as well as modular product and training videos and customize these target group and region-specific You work closely with product management, development/construction, sales and marketing, bring your know-how into development projects and prepare new product features directly for training and sales information (e.g. test results, competitive comparisons) You answer product-specific questions, participate in technical documentation such as test reports, data sheets and catalogue pages, and represent the DIRAK at trade fairs and house fairs

You have a completed technical study or a comparable qualification and ideally experience with technical products in need of explanation, preferably in the field of hardware, with You have proven experience in the moderation of training and workshops in the fields of training, advice or sales and are safe to use various presentation and presentation techniques as well as online and presence training methods You perform in front of groups, communicate safely and addressably – in German and English – and have fluent language skills in word and writing You work structured, use MS Office securely for the creation of training documents and presentations and bring a high affinity for the comprehensible communication of technical content with
