• Disciplinary and cross-disciplinary professional leadership of the “Service Project & Service Solution Management” team

• Management of initiatives for change management, development of standards and assessment of risks and opportunities.

• Implementation of strategies for performance support and creation of reports for management

• Support for strategic negotiations, management of complex service contracts and monitoring of global performance.

• Ensure compliance with KPI's and SLAs.

• Sustainable analysis of incident trends and the management of cross-functional workshops to solve problems.

• Ensuring compliance with project budgets and identifying ways of saving costs.

• Strategic planning and optimization of resources as well as consulting management in long-term strategies.

• Improvement of customer relationships, development of customer retention strategies and presentation of performance analyses for stakeholders

• Define service requirements, management of subcontractors and escalations.

• Higher education in a technical or economic field.

• Experience in managing teams and building customer relationships and familiar with working in global matrix structures.

• 5+ years of experience in the management of complex projects ideally acquired in the service of industrial products & solutions

• ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects as well as high accuracy in documentation.

• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and confidentiality with support tools.

• ITIL certification, PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.

• Basic knowledge of relevant technologies for Communication Intelligence (COMINT) & Electronic Intelligence (ELINT)

• Pre-experiences in the military environment are beneficial

• German and English knowledge in word and writing
