Description

• You are responsible for receiving customer, technician, and authorities.
• Your tasks include the processing of incoming alarm and interference messages from fire, burglary and robbery systems.
• The reporting management of hazard reporting systems from state monitoring to the initiation of alert actions is one of your tasks as well as the control and monitoring of shutdowns.
• You support technicians in the commissioning of new safety systems and the associated process processes.

Qualifications

• Personality: high level of customer orientation, reliability, team capacity, resilience and responsibility
• Flexibility: shift readiness (24/7) and weekend work
• Working method: reliable, sovereign, professional, team-oriented, structured and analytical
• Experiences and know-how: Interest in technical contexts and Internet technologies of advantage
• Languages: German language at native language level in word and writing
