CNC / CAM Programmer Specialist (m/f/d)

Continuous programming, optimization and commissioning of complex CNC and CAM programs directly on the machine and via programming systems and simulations Development and adaptation of parametric processing programs including manufacturer cycles, measurement cycles and macros Construction and adaptation of CAD models for further processing in CAM systems Programming and optimization of robot and automation processes including connection and cooperation between machines and systems Responsibility for setup and tooling plans and their care and documentation in appropriate systems Implementation of test series and feasibility analyses and evaluation of new manufacturing processes Analysis and optimization of existing processes with focus on quality, costs and throughput times

Required qualifications Complete technical training with many years of experience in CNC programming or comparable qualification Continuing training for technicians or masters Very good knowledge of CNC controls such as Siemens Sinumerik 840D, Mitsubishi or Fanuc Long-standing experience with the Creo Parametric CAD/CAM system Self-employed, structured and analytical methods High quality awareness and strong responsibility Team skills and close cooperation in the production environment Preferred qualifications Experience in optimizing complex manufacturing and automation processes Experience in designing CAD models for manufacturing applications
