You run the commercial employees (m/w/d) in the area of shipping professionally and disciplinaryly. You coordinate, control and control the national and international shipping orders and ensure their punctual handling, including the control of the processes with logistics service providers and the associated customer correspondence. You process customer complaints and handle transport damage as well as returns. You represent the Customs Officer (m/w/d), you are a contact person for customs and actively participate in the export duty. You create long-term supplier declarations as well as proforma invoices and continuously check penalty lists. You optimierst workflows in the area of shipping - if necessary.

You have successfully completed your training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) - or comparable. You bring professional experience in the above-mentioned task field. You have good knowledge of customs (in particular customs clearance, EU export control law, European customs law). You can safely handle the current MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. You will certainly communicate in word and writing in English. You are characterized by a clear and value-adding leadership style.
